I appreciate everything you’ve done for me. I know that with my schedule it made things harder, and I appreciate how much you bent to make my schedule work. I was walking through the house last night unpacking and just thinking about how happy I am with the place. Thank you for helping me find it, and helping me so much through the process. For many reasons, my husband and I decided to relocate to the Raleigh Durham area as we ease into semi-retirement. We needed to look for a home to purchase, and my husband and I planned a one week trip to the area determined to find a home. We had looked at and “saved” many houses on-line that we wanted to see. When we flew into town we thought we should start by looking at different areas/communities, and then look at houses we liked in the area. This approach quickly disintegrated as we were having difficulty seeing any homes and the market seemed more competitive than we anticipated. We needed help! We signed a buyer’s agreement with Melissa and she guided us through all steps of the process, finding a home, making an offer, obtaining financing and closing. I can’t say enough about Melissa’s knowledge of the real estate market, her strong work effort, ethics and most importantly sense of humor! Melissa’s someone you can trust, and we would recommend her to anyone looking for a home.
